yesterday we maxed out our credit cards. Never in a million years did I think this would be possible. Granted, our max is $1200... which is ruffly equivalent to our savings account...which means, we really don't have a way to pay this off...
Svend's car started having problems again... $600 to replace both axels... I'm praying that our tithing will work as a "car repair payment" in the form of no- more- car- trouble-blessings!
So, thankfully we still don't have a payment due until Novemember... which means we can hopefully handle some payments until our tax return comes. I know it won't be big like last year...but even $3000 would be a TREMENDOUS help... considering we have so many taxes taken out it hurts! $300 to be exact... $600 every pay month! HOLY CRAPPPPPPPPPP!!! I never really looked at it like that... OUCH! That's more than tithing....
On another note, I'm not pregnant. Darn. but SOOO GRATEFUL at the same time. mixed feelings. scary to think I didn't get pregnant... I've had so many friends with trouble getting prego... but again, at the same time... GRATEFUL! We are struggling financially... so a baby would be hard. Brooklyn HAS to be out of diapers or we couldn't do it...
Tomorrow is Tabitha's birthday. I'm so excited. We quit talking about it to her...she wouldn't stop asking why I hadn't made her pink cake yet! Svend will be late tonight because of a dinner and said he was going to stop at the store and get her a present from Daddy. I laughed and told him all the presents were from both of us...but he grinned. I said "oh, you mean a present from daddy because daddy doesn't have to worry about a budget!" YEP! I should just make him do all the christmas shopping... of course, then we'd be eating beans for 4 months straight to make up for it. HAHA :)
