we paid $60 for credit check/criminal background... after 2 weeks our realtor contacted the owner directly because the property management company said they just couldn't get a hold of him. He said he'd rent to us. PMC called our realtor. She asked about us moving in June. They forgot to ask the owner....still haven't been able to contact the owner... a month later, they added a $150 processing fee when we sign the lease. WHAT? And...still no word. Our realtor is wonderful and e-mails and calls every day with no response... ERGGGGG!!!!
Trying to find housing for a family of 6 under $1200 per month is impossible... unless we want to live in shooting-ville. I'd rather have my life! HATE CHICAGO!
