to the collections lawyer. :) We can't be kicked out unless the house is foreclosed on...which we don't think they have neglected actual house payments! whew. And...my landlord says she's on top of it...and wants to keep renting to us after this summer or someone we know....I'm just not sure how much I can build this place up for someone... other than the fact that it is a LOT of house for SUPER cheap :)
