Match Day

Yesterday was Match day for all the pod 4s... sadly one of of our good friends did not match. It was the hardest thing we've ever done...to not match and secure a residency...but watching someone else go through it may be harder. Pray for the Shepherd family. They need it. They, like we were, are expecting their 4th child as well. How similar the situation seems. It's so hard and I would never wish this experience on any one. Ever.

It happens to the best of us I guess :) though that's zero consolation for them at this time. My prayer is that they get one and they get one FAST. I pray they don't have to wait til 2 weeks before residency begins. I pray the Rebekah stops contracting from stress and that baby stays put until it's his time. I pray their relationship will continue to get stronger. I pray the school actually helps them as they failed to help us. I pray everything will come into place for them as it has in the past and that the Lord remembers His promises to them. Please join with me. They are a good and faithful family. So many trials in such a short time.
