So, now my focus on the internet will only be for finding us a place to live...not tooling around on Pinterest (unless i really need it...like for tomorrow I'm making a cake for my hubby for his birthday!) or Facebook. Anyways, sometimes I just need a retreat and unfortunately it's usually via the internet.
I love my kids and I think I need to spend a little more time on the floor with them. Today I got to play 3 games (to 10) of hockey with my son. So fun! And we worked on his "losing" skills :) Oh, I rock! haha. But really, he needs that learning experience and I modeled how we should behave when we lose. It's things like this that proves how much more my kids need me to be with them and interested in them, rather than just being a figure in the room.
