Auditioning for "House"

Apperently my 2 year old wants an audition for "House." Last night at 1am she began crying. NOTHING consoled her. She just kept complaining of a tummy ache. She went potty, had a snack and went back to bed. 30min-1hour later she was screaming. Tummy and mouth hurting. Advil and gas drops...back to bed... with some belly massages. 30min or so later screaming again. This time her ear is hurting her. She's sobbing and can't get comfortable. Ear drops... by 3:00 she screamed again...her back was hurting and hurt whenever I pushed on it. We sat with a heating pad...but she still cried, whined and squirmed... 4am, back to the ear and in addition, her arm pit. Weird. I woke up my husband (who wasn't really sleeping and had said about 2 hours earlier "this is worse than when I'm on-call!"). I said "what? Is she trying to get on "House?" Seriously! I took her to the urgent care at 4:30. I'd been up since midnight anyway (the wonderful time when the baby MUST eat or risk death by starvation-erggg!).

So.... all those random symptoms. We're thinking UTI, she swallowed something, obstructed bowel, etc... The only thing "wrong?" An ear infection. In one ear.

She's now sleeping in my bed...where I'd love to be.
