what did we get ourselves into? Bergen has advanced in HOCKEY!!! YAY BERGEN! So excited. He really stepped up his game on Saturday and was cruising! Now... we get to step up in payments. $145 for the next 6 classes...from here on out... every 6 weeks... $145.... and $50 more in gear.
Talia is doing great in iceskating lessons as well. She finds out this saturday if she moves up. I know she will but I'm hoping she can skip a level or two...she's REALLY good too. And, her price goes up to $129. We are in it.
I dread the money. Svend reminds me that soon it won't be so hard. Soon he will have a real job and we'll be better off than we could ever imagine. Sacrafice now but it'll be okay.
Our rent is officially 1370. Our neighbor however got them to lower it to 1350...so I will be in the office later today or this week to talk to them about THAT! NOT FAIR!
Conference was this weekend. It was good. As always. They kept re-itterating the commandments. Think they are important? YES! And also the sanctity of marriage. In our nation right now, courts are discussing overturning the same sex marriage ban. so sad. Religion is out and immorality is in. Next we'll have laws being voted on to allow adults to marry children or animals! Just because you have an inkling toward something, and addiction, desire, "born with it" whatever, doesn't make it right!

The kids are all at school. Brooklyn is downstairs absorbed in Dora. We need an intervention. But we'll see... I'm enjoying a bit by myself and she can watch for a little bit while I pick up and stuff. Better go and actually do that!
