the owner of the property we were renting decided he didn't want to sign the lease. So, we were told today at 4pm that our lease was void. A.w.e.s.o.m.e.
Anyways, now I have had to tell our landlord we would be staying til the end of the month...which is fine...but it's about the 10th time I've changed our notice. We'll see how she responds.
Even better is that at about 3pm today I called all our utility services and city services and canceled everything, then changed it to our new home. Fun. Tomorrow I get to call everyone back.
Svend has boards in one week. I told him I would find us a place to live so he doesn't need to worry about it (yeah right). Anyways, had to cancel my last day of babysitting (loss of $50) so I can deal with this crap. Boo.
And... we have this awesome gigantic brand new furniture in our home... that has no place to go.
