Okay, so ObamaCare has finally hit us... with a grand SLAM! Unless you are mentally retarded, they will no longer cover stimulant drugs even with a Dr's approval. Yes, so folks with ADD or ADHD can no longer get the medicine they DEPEND on to function like "everyone else." Awesome. Not. I believe this is for 2 main reasons :

1. idiot druggies who got the meds for FREE through public aid then sold them for lots of $$ on the streets.

2. those on the medicaid panal are NOT doctors! The govt needs to keep it's hands out of medicine! FOR EVER!

3. okay, I know I said 2 reasons...but seriously...even we had a co-pay! it was small but we paid some. E.R.G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That said, our budget is even tighter... yay! So, I've been thinking, which is a dangerous past-time according to Svend... I've been thinking "what can I do to help?" Obviously, he can't get a second job. Obviously I can't get a job... but I could...um...ummm... get my Master's degree? Yes, why not add another 100k to the student debt...? We'd have my schooling paid for plus money to live on...

I know...not really what we should do. But, it really could be an option. I have 4 kids and 2 are really just babies... not much time, even for an online degree...but could it be? It might be worth it. Regardless, I'm going to start looking into it.
