Saving Grace.

Today was well... average. Tonight was well... if I'd had a better attitude then MAYBe it would have been better...but I was kind of done. BG had her FIRST open house and concert! It was so fun to see her on stage singing and "dancing". The younger kids actually did good for this moment. Then it was time to see the school.

Sweets was NOT interested in staying in the stroller--who can blame her! We got to the class room--totally crowded and HOTTER THAN HOT--and I let her roam around. Then, BG was SO excited to show us all the other rooms--the library, music room, gym, and computer lab. Each room was exciting in it's own way and impossible to pull Sweets out of. Bugs had his own idea of where everything was and continuously RAN ahead of us, disappearing every few minutes! I HATE HAVING TO YELL HIS NAME IN CROWDED PLACES! HATE HATE HATE! So, lots of tantrums from Sweets--L.O.T.S--and lots of yelling of Bugs name (CLUELESS!)--and lots of smiling for BabyGirl who was just too excited for words.

Left the school after 1 1/2 hours of walking around--mostly carrying Sweets like a screaming football under my arm. I was sooo hot! Not to mention nearly 36 weeks pregnant! Ugh. Ugh. Ugh.

So, SAVING GRACE----- Bedtime SCRIPTURE AND PRAYER! We got home. Kids put on Pjs. Kids ate a snack. All sat on the couch and read scriptures. Then, we had prayer. I LOVE seeing how interested they are in the scripture stories. Even Sweets joined in tonight. Then prayers--sweet prayers--- daddy to get a job and uncle Jordan to "fight carefully"--he's in Afganistan. Then, I say "who want's a back rub" and Bugs and Sweets yell "ME!" So, I rub their backs for the the song "twinkle twinkle little star." Then, hugs and kisses and it's OFF TO BED! On a high note! On a loving note! Love my saving grace.
