First, Poor BabyGirl!!! Went in to the dentist to get a filling and ended up having 2 fillings plus a baby root canal!!!! Not to mention they decided to go ahead and clean and seal her teeth while she was getting numb. The dentist was really good. However, she didn't numb her up enough. During the pulpotomoy (sp?), BG started crying. The dentist pulled out the shot to numb her some more but BG would not have it. I asked her if she want a little pinch no pain, or no pinch and a little hurt while the dentist finished. She chose no pinch. So...she sobbed and sobbed and sobbed. All Icould do was rub her ankles and hold her hand. SO glad I was allowed back there with her! I will NEVER let my kids go to a dentist that doesn't allow me back there!
When it was over we did some serious cuddling. Then, a milkshake from McDonalds. I told DAddy to bring her home something special tonight. We'll see what he chooses. :)
OB appointment... pain...what do ME and the number 200 have in common?!?!?! Yeah, RETURN OF THE PILLSBURY DOUGHBOY!! HOLY COW!!!!!!!! Bluh. The nurse checking my weight let out a hushed "hmmm..." as she recorded it. I just turned and walked into my room. Don't know what SHE was being judgmental about...she's NOT pregnant, is shorter than me, and probably weighs the same! so HMMMMMM to you!!!! :D
So, I'm dialated 1cm and the baby is "resting" her head directly on my pubic bone--explaining why my nerve is so inflammed. "you're on the home stretch" is all the dr could say. I went in there planning on complaining about EVERYTHING and basically said "yep, everything's fine." Ugh. oh well. As much as I want this baby to come early...it's best if she doesn't!
