- Biffed it at McDonald's when Bugs decided to stop RIGHT in front of me. I of course couldn't see him because my belly is HUGE and I was holding Sweets and he's short! So, I tripped and fell and he just looked at me like "what's the big deal mom?" As did everyother person who stared at me. I doubt they realized I was super prego though because I did have a coat on... Anyways, ripped my flip-flop apart (SOOO FUN to walk in!) and totally bruised my knee. Would have burst into tears had I been by myself, but I've been "blessed" with the "pain+crying= total embarassment" so I of course didn't... but totally wanted to... I bucked up. Then, of course spent the next 20 minutes in pain because of tensing every muscle I have left in my stomach so I wouldn't squash the baby or Sweets...not to mention that I practically did the side splits!
- Bugs told me tonight while we were discussing the Holy Ghost during FHE that he "was going to eat all the fruit of the tree"--of life that is. :) I'm glad he remembered that from lessons before.
- The baby has completely bruised my left rib. Her feet are right there (proven with an ultrasound) and it is officially bruised and hurt...not to mention my xyphoid process is completely sticking out in a way it shouldn't be....
- We finally found our dispicable me movie! Can I just say this was THE single most happiest moment of the day???!?!?!!! Seriously! it's been missing since January!! WAHOO!!!!
- I finally gave in and figured out I really do have time to read my scriptures. We've been doing it as a family, but I rarely do it personally.. of course we've stepped up now in this trial... but I finally realized, I can read it in the morning while the kids watch thier movie (yes, TV is my friend especially right now...) and I can read the minute I put the kids to bed. The 2nd one is especially good because it's right after we've finished our family scripture study...and my mood is sooooo much better now :)
- Tonight we ate dinner, had FHE (lasting a total of 5 minutes....)then I talked with the kids more in depth about the lesson (Holy Ghost) while they had their treat...then snack and scriptures/prayer/bed. Older two came down 5 minutes later asking for sandwhiches! what the?!??! seriously?! And.... I totally made them sandwhiches.... Scripture study really does make me a nicer mom I guess--even if they will try to do it again tomorrow night....
I love my husband. I love my kids. I love my Savior and Father in Heaven.
