More to pay forward…
Tonight at Target, Tabitha, Anders, and I were buying Brooklyn a birthday present. I noticed this couple right when we walked in….
we went and found a gift then went to purchase it. The lines were LONG and there were lots of them. The cash registers had all crashed…so we went to customer service to just put our stuff on hold. I was putting it on hold, gave the guy my name, when another guy said my name from behind. I turned around and he asked how much my toy cost. $22. He said "I got that for you." WHAT?! I told him it was no biggie, I just needed to leave so I was putting it on hold. He was at the front of the line and was checking out…he said "no, I insist, just put it up here." I told him I'd pay it forward. He said "I hope you do" with a huge grin on his face. What a great guy (and his wife too).
Now to pay it forward…. :)
I'm so grateful for the continuous blessings we have had in our lives despite our struggles. We have been watched out for. As I penny pinch right now, we have been blessed.
Svend and I had a "fight" today. I know he hates it here. I just wish I didn't' have to feel it every day. He hates how much I budget/worry about money. I'm just doing it because I care…. and wish he would sometimes to….but he does, I just don't see it. Anyway, I'm tired…. and don't like the tension.
